Criminal Records: Fire, Ice, and Steel

This supplement for the SUPERS Revised Edition roleplaying game presents four supervillains drawn from fictional law-enforcement records. The characters include elemental-powered millionaires, disgraced fighter pilots, and other dangerous criminals, with backgrounds and game statistics for each. They can be used as written or adapted to fit a different comics setting.
