Cuba: El Presidente
This expansion adds a second board, new ships, laws, buildings, and character cards to the base game. Players choose from roles such as worker, dancer, attorney, warden, revolutionary, and musician, each providing a different effect. The President’s car moves to the unchosen character position, activating the corresponding space and its special rule, such as enforcing proposed laws, moving a supervisor, overbuilding, adjusting scores, or reducing market prices. Two additional laws in each category extend the game to up to eight rounds. Players must consider both the ability of their chosen role and the location visited by the President.
