Cuba Libre: Calixto Bot Update Pack

New streamlined non-player opponents for Cuba Libre. The Calixto bot system uses six faction-specific cards for each faction to select Operations, Special Activities, and Events. Each card evaluates the current game state, while a faction-specific table determines where the action occurs. The bot responds to strategic needs, attacks its enemies, supports its ally, and can choose Limited Operations to block Events. It can replace any faction in player or non-player setups.
