Curse of the Kobold Eye (Swords & Wizardry)

A party of adventurers is haunted by the spectral image of a one-eyed kobold warrior after a previous encounter. They must investigate the source of the curse and find a way to end it while surviving attacks from their ghostly pursuer. This fantasy adventure is designed for a group of four to six characters of levels 2–4 and forms the second installment in a trilogy centered on the kobolds.
