d66 Escalations of a Panicked Crowd

A chaotic crowd scenario tool for roleplaying games. Each round, roll on a d66 table to introduce a new complication as a frightened crowd grows more dangerous and unpredictable. The escalating events create situations in which player characters must respond, protect others, and act as heroes.
