Dark Millennium

Set in an alternate 11th-century Europe, the game begins when the first seal of Revelation is broken and the dead rise to feed on the living. As war rages in Heaven and Hell spreads across Earth, players take the roles of extraordinary individuals fighting the undead for the Church, the crown, or simple survival. The rules cover character creation, 11th-century cultures, religions, history, and geopolitics, along with miracles, magic, and other supernatural forces. Three short adventures introduce the setting.
