Dawn of Legends

A superhero setting for the Savage Worlds role-playing game, focused on comic-book action, crime-fighting, and customizable powers. It includes rules for creating powers from effects, along with Power Enhancements, Drawbacks, Boosters, new Edges and Hindrances, and mechanics for Super-Teams with their own personalities. Additional rules cover Bennies, four-color combat maneuvers, public image and popularity, and other aspects of heroic campaigns. The setting provides more than 90 NPCs, street drugs, mystic artifacts, a complete city with ten districts and over 80 locations, an adventure generator, and guidance for creating comic-book Sagas.
