Deathcap Fungus
This roleplaying supplement adds a Deathcap creature template along with three creatures: a crypt thing, ghoul, and zombie. It also introduces two natural hazards, cave-ins and patches of Deathcaps, plus the Salt Bomb alchemical item. Ten new natural items provide materials such as black pudding acid, darkmantle eggs, gelatinous slime bladders, gibbering mouther spittle, and troglodyte stench glands.
