Debatable Actions
This 13-page PDF provides rules for resolving conflicts through debate rather than violence in d20 Modern campaigns. It covers legal, political, and economic arguments with three levels of resolution: super-simple debates for minor sidetracks, simple debates for lesser confrontations, and complex debates for disputes central to the campaign. The GM selects the appropriate system for each situation.
