Deepwater Rising

An adventure for five 16th-level characters set in Paliisas, the capital of the coastal kingdom of Newabarr. A group of kuo-toa prepares to open a long-sealed portal connecting their underground sea home to the city’s sewers. The adventure uses tiles from the DU2: Streets of Shadow tile set and is designed for use with the D&D Delve Night kit.
