An expansion module that integrates with the base game and the Seafarers and Cities & Knights expansions to add new harbor-related rules and scenarios. Players manage trade and resource exchange through upgraded harbor mechanics, using new harbor pieces and scenario cards to alter shipping, trade ratios, and settlement placement near coasts. Rules provide variants for solo harbor masters, competitive harbor control and special event-driven changes that interact with knights, caravans and seafaring elements, allowing tables to mix these options into existing Catan campaigns.
