Desperate Dusty Desperados

A standalone fantasy adventure set in a rugged, sunbaked landscape inspired by the Southwest U.S. and Mexico. The party travels from settled lands through open grasslands and mountain trails, facing predators, woodrat raids, ambushes, and imprisonment while uncovering regional lore, ancient cultures, and desert crafts. Designed for Shadowdark RPG, the adventure can be played as a one-shot, a side quest, or an escort mission protecting a merchant train. Players make tactical choices, attempt an escape, explore dangerous frontier communities, and may discover experience, unique magic items, and secrets that can be expanded into a longer campaign.
