A superhero roleplaying supplement presents a renegade scientist whose mutagenic skills are used to save lives, though her experiments can also cause trouble. It includes examples of her devoted Muta-Men followers and suggestions for introducing her into a campaign as a scientific consultant, the source of a biological disaster, or an unusual ally.
