Dominion: Rising Sun

A Japan-inspired expansion that casts players as ceremonial rulers overseeing a stylized island realm. The set adds 300 cards including 25 new Kingdom piles, new Shadow cards that leap out from the deck, and Prophecy cards that trigger future-altering effects. Debt and Events return as mechanics that change turn structure and long-term planning. Players acquire and play cards to build their decks, manage resources (including rice as currency), respond to revealed Prophecies and Shadows, and pursue engine and tactical strategies across varied card interactions.
