A sinister organization of supernatural villains pursues forbidden magic, demonic alliances, and plans to rule or end the world in a Mutants & Masterminds Superlink game. The sourcebook provides game statistics for cultists, assassins, sorcerers, imps, demons, the Riders of the Apocalypse, and an elite metahuman strike force. It also includes new extras, flaws, drawbacks, more than 30 scalable spell builds, over a dozen creatures, and adventure ideas for individual characters or the organization as a whole.
