Dungeoneer: Vault of the Fiends

Players control one of several fantasy heroes who explore a modular dungeon built from map cards, collect resources, and complete quests to win. Each hero has melee, magic and speed scores plus a unique ability; players also take turns acting as the Dungeonlord to impede rivals by playing monsters, traps and other hazards. On a turn players move through the dungeon to gather Glory and Peril, spend Glory to buy abilities and treasures, and spend opponents’ Peril to play threats. Combat uses a d6 plus the relevant stat to resolve fights. Quests and artifacts on the map alter conditions and provide alternate powers or victory paths.
