A small lakeside town serves as a safe haven for low-level adventurers, positioned near the locations featured in earlier adventures. The setting provides a base between expeditions, with several small encounters taking place just outside town. It can support a one-shot scenario or be used as a recurring stop in an ongoing campaign, and is designed for early editions of AD&D while remaining adaptable to other systems.
