An open-world adventure set in the Amapola Mountains, where rumors speak of a riderless dragon that may be Rouanor, the lost younger brother of Princess Shardem, or something else entirely. The Phoenix Reborn Order rules the region harshly, while the arrival of the Al-Deret host at Black Kasbah has made every traveler a possible spy. Players explore the mountains freely, investigating eight locations and interacting with their factions, non-player characters, rumors, and unfolding plots. The supplement includes a regional guide and advice for running the adventure, with a free digital download.
