A roleplaying companion set during the expansion of the Roman Empire, where settlers encounter unfamiliar peoples, customs, gods, and mysteries beyond the borders. Local legends and taboos conceal ancient entities, but Roman disbelief and assimilation gradually erase the warnings. When these forces are disturbed, investigators face supernatural horrors that threaten minds, bodies, and reality itself.
