Fear Itself (2nd Edition)

A contemporary horror roleplaying game in which ordinary people confront violent, otherworldly creatures from the Outer Dark. Players investigate disturbing events, uncover supernatural threats, and struggle to survive as fear, insanity, and death take their toll. The revised rules support both grim one-shot scenarios and longer investigative campaigns, with characters becoming more capable while risking psychological collapse. The game includes guidance for different horror styles and three sample scenarios involving an experimental drug trial, a cryptic contest, and unlikely monster hunters responding to a mysterious radio signal.
