Feats of Spellcasting II

This supplement adds optional feats for spellcasters, focusing on unusual abilities and distinctive character traits rather than essential rules fixes or new party roles. The feats include magical sight gained by sacrificing one’s eyes, control over personally created and named spells, and words of power that let characters invoke magic items while frightening their enemies.
