Federation & Empire: Planetary Operations

This expansion adds new ships, counters, and rules to Federation & Empire campaigns, including police carriers and flagships, monitor pallets, troop pods, and expanded Special Raids using drones, fighters, spies, and commandos. Planetary rules introduce colonies, planetary docks, marine-led invasions, new shipyards, depot repairs, combat repairs, and ship conversion during repair, along with deficit spending, province annexation, allowable substitutions, and WYN trade routes. Four scenarios provide alternate starts to the General War, while additional systems include cloaked decoys, megafighters, Tholian pinwheels, and blockade running.
