Fleet: Salty Captains

A set of eight unique captain cards enhances the fishing fleet. During any Hire Captains phase, any player may purchase a Salty Captain instead of using a boat card as a captain. Each Salty Captain allows its boat to catch two crates of fish per Fishing phase and hold up to eight fish instead of four.
