Flotilla

Choose when to shift from a Sinkside explorer to a Skyside settler in a floating city. As a Sinkside Fleet Commander, explore the ocean with skiffs, arrange ocean tiles, collect resources, recover artifacts, rescue survivors, and avoid toxic radiation. At any point, sell your skiffs and turn Skyside to build docks and watercraft, research new technologies, and help expand the Flotilla. Both paths use the same resources and components while interacting through trade and a changing economy. Develop relationships with governing guilds to gain bonuses and earn points.
