Forgotten Futures VII: Tsar Wars

A role-playing setting based on George Griffith’s Victorian visions of socialist revolution, imperial conflict, and the last heir of the Tsars. Players explore a world of flying ships, war balloons, submarines, lost African realms, the mysterious Vril force, and contact with higher intelligences from Mars. The book includes a detailed history of the Revolution and its aftermath, rules for designing and fighting with airships, balloons, and submarines, three full adventures, and five adventure outlines. Printable figures represent major characters, Terror soldiers, and Tsarist forces, with additional material for combining this setting with another future-history campaign.
