Frankenstein's Monsters (M&M)

This sourcebook introduces two superpowered creations of Victor Frankenstein, animated by electricity and driven by powerful intellects. Designed as PL 10 supervillains, they possess distinct powers, abilities, ambitions, and goals. It also includes three adventure ideas centered on their efforts to gain acceptance from humanity, by peaceful means or otherwise.
