Galactic Conquest: A Star Fleet Universe Campaign Engine

A campaign engine for running large-scale spacefaring conflicts and expansion in the Star Fleet Universe. Players manage empires by building fleets and bases, researching technologies, developing infrastructure, and conducting diplomacy and alliances while conquering and exploring star systems. Rules cover conquest, exploration, construction, technology development, ship and base design, and campaign-scale interactions. The system is written for use with Star Fleet Battles and supports custom or provided maps, with guidance for running official campaigns or creating original scenarios.
