Galileo Galilei: Edmond Halley Promo

Adds Edmond Halley as an advanced-game character with three personal comet spaces and a special comet tile. Halley’s Comet has different values on its two sides and can be used repeatedly when spotting comets. Placing it on personal comet spaces or the home board unlocks rewards such as gaining a quadrant, increasing two dice by 3, or scoring 7 points.
