A rules supplement focused on ghouls and their hunger for living flesh. It provides options for characters facing these cunning undead, including feats, alchemical items, spells, and magic items that help counter paralysis, stench, and other threats. Game Masters receive new ghoul varieties, a spellcasting undead creature, a banquet hazard, and adventure hooks for encounters involving these carrion-eating monsters.
