Gobseck Vaultwright, Meister of the Golden Anvil

A system-neutral sourcebook entry presents a baleful banker from the Tarnished Souk, suited to campaigns set in the Coliseum Morpheuon. This moneylender controls a living vault and trades in fortunes, life-debts, and even dreams offered as collateral. The entry includes his history, motivations, secrets, guarded ambitions, and complete game statistics for low-, middle-, and high-level play. It also provides air-infused and smoke creature templates, feats, weapon and armor enhancements, magical items, and rules for an exceptionally durable living vault.
