A competitive college sports program in Freedom City introduces a new performance-enhancing supplement, drawing record income while concealing dangerous practices. Heroes investigate the source of the substance and uncover a villainous scheme to transform people into mind-controlled minions. This adventure is designed for four to six heroes of Power Level 10, with adjustments for smaller groups or lower-powered characters. It can be set in Freedom City, elsewhere on Earth-Prime, or in a custom setting with a botanical villain.
