GURPS Cabal

A setting for GURPS Horror or GURPS Illuminati in which vampires, warlocks, shapeshifters, ghosts, trolls, and other supernatural beings live secretly among humanity. The Cabal is a conspiracy, trade union, and mutual-assistance society that provides its members with resources, protection, legal help, and supernatural services. The book presents the Cabal as a patron for monstrous player characters or an antagonist for monster hunters. It includes an alternate history of the world, occult cosmology, adventure seeds, artifacts, supernatural creatures, and a detailed system of Hermetic magic that expands the standard GURPS magic rules.
