Halloween Horrors

This supplement adds six Halloween-themed opponents for Mutants & Masterminds, including a carnivorous tree and a scarecrow. The creatures range from Power Level 4 to Power Level 8, making them suitable for street-level heroes and younger supers, with variant options for adapting encounters and building seasonal scenarios.
