Haven: City of Violence d20 Modern

A modern action-adventure roleplaying game set in Haven, a violent city shaped by criminals, corrupt police, immoral politicians, and public indifference. The setting blends elements of New York City, East Central Los Angeles, and Beirut, with conflicts driven by rival evils rather than a simple struggle between good and evil. The rules cover character creation, new feats and drawbacks, and the city’s history. Background material details important non-player characters and influential organizations, providing a foundation for adventures and power struggles in Haven.
