Headquarters & Hideouts

This supplement expands superhero campaigns with rules for creating headquarters, hideouts, lairs, and other bases of operation. It introduces trainable skills and feats, and provides detailed headquarters with histories, abilities, inhabitants, and maps. An adventure demonstrates how to use one of these locations in play.
