Headquarters & Hideouts 2

This supplement expands superhero roleplaying with rules for designing headquarters, hideouts, lairs, laboratories, and other bases of operation. It introduces new headquarters features, rules for giving bases superpowers, and example headquarters with their inhabitants. The locations can reflect their owners through their setting, style, contents, and distinctive abilities.
