In a town east of Boldhome in Sartar, the locals decide to hold a traditional feast like those celebrated before the occupation. The Lunar garrison commander refuses to permit it, so the clan chief devises a plan to make the celebration possible. The plan has one serious flaw, drawing the characters into the resulting conflict.
