Hell in the Pacific: Plan Orange 1931 and 1935

Simulates a hypothetical US–Japan naval war in the early 1930s, focusing on battleship-dominated fleet operations rather than the carrier-centric Pacific War of World War II. Players command national fleets, manage movement and combat between task forces, and use aircraft in supporting roles. Optional rules introduce diplomatic entry by Britain and France, Japanese fuel shortages, and scenarios for 1931 or 1935 force structures. Components and mechanics integrate with the classic Victory in the Pacific system for players using that edition.
