Hero High Villains

This Mutants & Masterminds supplement provides ten new villains for Hero High games. Each villain includes suggestions for variations, three themed capers, power-level guidance, and a growth category to help Gamemasters integrate them into an ongoing campaign. The villains are designed around the default starting power level of 8 and use the Attack/Defense trade-off rule to adjust attack, defense, damage, and Toughness save bonuses. Skills list both ranks and total bonuses, supporting ready reference during play.
