Heroscape Master Set: Swarm of the Marro

플레이어들은 서로 맞물리는 지형 타일을 이어 붙이고 쌓아 모듈식 전장을 구성하며, 새로운 늪과 늪지대 물 지형도 사용할 수 있습니다. 그런 다음 세트에 포함된 영웅과 마로 부대의 조형 미니어처로 군대를 편성합니다. 각 유닛은 헥스 단위로 측정되는 이동 수치를 가지며, 이동 수치보다 많은 비용을 지불하면 더 높은 지형으로 올라갈 수 있습니다. 높은 곳에서 떨어지면 피해를 입을 수 있지만, 물에 떨어지는 경우는 예외입니다. 전투는 공격 및 방어 주사위로 해결합니다. 공격자는 자신의 카드에 표시된 수만큼 주사위를 굴리고, 방어자는 방어 수치와 같은 수의 주사위를 굴립니다. 방어자가 막지 못한 해골 결과만큼 피해를 입히며, 피해가 유닛의 생명력에 도달하면 해당 유닛은 제거됩니다. 시나리오에서는 포인트 기반 드래프트 시스템을 사용하며, 이 세트는 확장판, 커스텀 맵, 고급 규칙과도 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.

    The best miniatures skirmish game I've ever played. This Master Set is structures around Marro figures, which feels a little limited for me, but may be more coherent to new players. PROS - Amazing terrain: absolutely no other game looks this good when displayed on the table. - Good-looking pre-painted figures. - Easy to teach and learn. - Simple atributes and powers system for the characters, with no complicated rules nor exceptions. - Simple movement and combat system: no need for rulers nor any other components. - High level of strategy with the possibility of bluffing and deceiving. - The possibility of creating an unlimited number of scenarios and variants. CONS - The almost inexistent distribution in Spain. - The fact that it has been discontinued for a lot of years, so finding material isn't easy nor cheap.
