High Tech Enemies
This sourcebook provides high-tech adversaries and resources for Champions campaigns, including powered armor, robots, gadgets, androids, giant machines, and cyborgs. It presents roughly forty villains and antiheroes in six groups: the technophilic Cy-Force and Master Control, the mercenary Destruction Company, the time-displaced Wormhole Gang, the renegade military H.A.W.C.S., and the technology-suppressing mutant Anti-Tech League. Additional independent villains and antiheroes round out the collection.
