Hold the Line: Highland Charge

This tactical wargame recreates four battles from the Jacobite uprisings—Sheriffmuir, Prestonpans, Falkirk, and Culloden—plus an optional Killiecrankie scenario. Players command Jacobite Highland clan units, Scottish militia, and Loyalist British regulars across period battlefields. Gameplay uses the Hold the Line system with added rules for Highland charges, militia behavior, clan shock units, musket volley fire, artillery barrages, and bayonet assaults. Players maneuver formations, resolve ranged and melee combat, and manage morale and cohesion as they attempt to achieve historical objectives on a turn-by-turn hex/area map.
