Hot Metal Rain

In a near-future United States, a rogue Adrek Corporation combat cyberform goes on a killing spree in Boston. The government orders Adrek to end its experiments or continue them under strict supervision, and the corporation chooses to proceed. The game focuses on the military development and government-controlled experimentation of dangerous combat cyberforms.
