Huang: The Royal Palace

A royal palace built on four yellow Governor tiles in the required shape. It follows the rules for pagodas, including the two green Trader tiles and Peasants’ Riot rules, but provides no victory points. Instead, the player controlling the yellow Governor in its state draws tiles until holding up to seven behind their screen at the end of their turn.
