Humanist Alliance

A sourcebook for roleplaying campaigns set in a rational, scientifically governed utopia whose social harmony depends on strict conformity. State institutions use hypnosis, drugs, reeducation, and other methods of control, while resistance movements challenge the Alliance’s domination by the Southern Republic. The book presents the league’s history, resistance groups, the secretive HIRA espionage service, and detailed descriptions and maps of its seven city-states. It also includes sample campaign setups and new equipment for Heavy Gear scenarios.
