Hurricane - One Hero, Many Possibilities

This supplement presents Hurricane, a former football player and meteorologist recently granted super powers, for use in a Mutants & Masterminds game. The character is provided at power levels 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16, with four alternate world histories exploring how different events shape his identity and abilities. Hurricane can serve as a hero or antagonist in the Quantum Collapse campaign setting.
