Isle of Trains: All Aboard KS Promo pack

Adds a set of Kickstarter promo components for use with the base game: one alternate train card, three extra ticket cards, and accompanying rule sheets. The promo train and promo tickets can be used together or independently to modify starting options and available objectives during play.
