Jack Frost (M&M)

This Mutants & Masterminds supplement presents Jack Frost as a living spirit of winter, capable of acting as a sinister prankster, a protector of children, or a supernatural hero. It includes a Power Level 10 character build with powers, abilities, ambitions, and goals, along with three adventure ideas for introducing the winter-themed character as an ally or supervillain.
