Set in a Victorian fantasy world fractured by civil war, the game follows two rival factions forced to cooperate when a shared threat emerges. Political ideals, independent states, and lingering hatred create an atmosphere of distrust as the players negotiate alliances and pursue their own interests. Players exchange promises, make uncertain deals, and decide whether each action offers assistance or conceals a betrayal. As paranoia grows, cooperation may be the only way to survive, but loyalty is never guaranteed.
