This roleplaying-game scenario centers on a faerie being born each year from the untamed forces of spring. Speaking its true name summons it after a random delay, whereupon it appears in one of many forms accompanied by weather or elemental manifestations. Its arrival behaves like a natural event: it may alter the surroundings and living creatures, permit conversation, or seem unaware of the characters before vanishing without warning. Hostile actions cause it to teleport away, leaving attackers marked with an invisible faerie sign that permanently halves their Aura and makes others perceive them as unpleasant or repulsive.
